Been down with the Covid<\/p>\n

Been down fer sev’ral weeks<\/p>\n

Fer so long I been bedrid<\/p>\n

And when I breathe . . . I squeak<\/p>\n

Corona’s made me sick<\/p>\n

Lethargy’s got me sicker<\/p>\n

I decided to take a trip<\/p>\n

‘Ile I still got a good ticker<\/p>\n

And with twenty-twenty hindsight<\/p>\n

I should’ve reckonsidered<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I was walkin’ in the woods<\/p>\n

and Lo, I felt a naggin’ itch<\/p>\n

I paered down in my pants<\/p>\n

N’ latched on was a snaggin’ tick<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

That tick was a-munchin’ and a-crunchin’<\/p>\n

From nine to five<\/p>\n

I din’t get it treated, an’ now I got<\/p>\n

Corona with Lyme<\/p>\n
