REVIEWS
& Reviews provides aesthetic evaluation and artistic appraisal of independent and outsider literature. All reviews are summarized with a color score, awarded to works pursuant to the following scheme:
The Red is awarded to books that are not good, that should, in sound, mindful prudence, not be read. These works may suffer from tastelessness, poorly written prose, talentless storytelling, and bad grammar.
The Yellow is awarded to books that are not bad, that can, in sound, mindful prudence, be read by some. These works may suffer from subpar prose, negligible storytelling, wayward or indefinite themes, and amateur craftsmanship.
The Green is awarded to books that are good, that should, in sound, mindful prudence, be read by most readers. These works exhibit decent prose, commendable storytelling, concrete and identifiable themes, and attention to detail.
The Blue is awarded to books that are great, that should, in sound, mindful prudence, be read by all readers. These works enjoy masterful prose, artful storytelling, exalted themes or aesthetic, and legendary craftsmanship.
